  4. Receive Your Art Print: Once approved, your artwork will be printed and dispatched promptly.

If you wish to see a preview before we print your order, please write ‘Preview’ in the Special Requests section as you check out.

You can request unlimited revisions.

What can I request in the Special Requests box?

Tell us about any edits, wording or layout changes you would like. Our team will follow your instructions where possible and contact you if anything needs clarifying.

Can you edit or add something to my photo?

Usually, yes. Describe the change in Special Requests and upload the clearest original photos you have. We will contact you if the edit is not possible.

Can you combine subjects from different photos?

Usually, yes. Upload a clear original photo of each person or pet and explain how you would like them combined. We will contact you if we need another image.

Can you change or remove the background?

Yes, in most cases. Tell us the background you would like in Special Requests. If it is not suitable for your chosen design, we will contact you.

What makes a good photo?

Use a clear, well-lit original photo where faces and important details are in focus. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and very small images where possible.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes. Write “Preview requested” in the Special Requests box when ordering. We will email the artwork for approval before printing.
