Can you change or remove the background?

Yes, in most cases. Tell us the background you would like in Special Requests. If it is not suitable for your chosen design, we will contact you.

What makes a good photo?

Use a clear, well-lit original photo where faces and important details are in focus. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and very small images where possible.

Can you include a person with my pet?

Usually, yes. Upload a clear photo of each subject and explain how you would like them arranged.

Can you combine pets from different photos?

Yes, in most cases. Upload a clear original photo of each pet and tell us how you would like them combined.

Can I include more than one pet?

Some designs support more than one pet. Choose the relevant number-of-pets option where available. If you cannot see one, please contact us before ordering.
